With over 20 years on the front lines, Ross has seen other unions lose too much ground because of inexperienced leadership that never understood, or learned too late, that it takes more than just an old school fist-pounding, non compromising attitude to be successful for members in today’s economy. Ross applies the leadership approach that best fits the situation.
